01 Definitions

As used in these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "1bets," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the 1bets platform at https://1bets.cam, a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming operator duly registered in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "Platform" refers to the 1bets website, mobile-optimized web application, and all associated gaming, betting, payment, and account management services accessible at https://1bets.cam.
• "Player," "User," or "you" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 1bets Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the 1bets Platform following successful completion of registration and identity verification.
• "Games" refers collectively to all online casino games, live dealer games, slot games, bingo titles, and any other gaming products accessible on the Platform.
• "Sports Betting" refers to the wagering services available on sporting events including, without limitation, PBA, NBA, international football, UFC, and other events offered on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's 1bets account wallet, comprising deposited funds, any credited bonus amounts, and any unsettled winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or cashback amounts credited to a Player's account under the terms of a specific 1bets promotion.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering laws applicable in the Philippines.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating and licensing online and land-based gaming operations in the Philippines.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 1bets Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference — specifically the 1bets Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of these Terms.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your Account if one has been created. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

03 Eligibility & Age Requirements

3.1 Minimum Age

The 1bets Platform is strictly available to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, in accordance with PAGCOR's licensing conditions and applicable Philippine law governing casino-style gambling. Registration by or use of the Platform by any individual under the age of 21 is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The 1bets Platform is operated under a PAGCOR license and is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players are responsible for ensuring that online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction before accessing the Platform. 1bets makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in locations outside the Philippines.

3.3 Disqualifying Circumstances

In addition to the age requirement, the following persons are ineligible to hold a 1bets account or participate in any games or betting markets:

• Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of 1bets and its affiliated companies;
• Immediate family members of the persons described above;
• Persons who have previously been self-excluded from the 1bets Platform, for the duration of their self-exclusion period;
• Persons who have been excluded by PAGCOR or any other gaming regulatory body;
• Persons acting on behalf of a third party for betting or gaming purposes.

04 Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player may hold only one (1) active 1bets account at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus funds therein.

4.2 Accurate Information

At the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. 1bets reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at any time.

4.3 KYC Verification Requirements

In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine anti-money laundering laws, 1bets requires Players to complete identity verification before processing withdrawal requests or at such other times as determined by 1bets. Acceptable KYC documents include:

• Philippine National ID (PhilSys ID);
• Passport (Philippine or foreign);
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO);
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID;
• Other government-issued photo identification acceptable to 1bets.

Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent not older than three months) may also be required. 1bets reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1bets login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 1bets will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. Notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

1bets currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following channels: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, UnionBank of the Philippines, Bitcoin (BTC), and Tether (USDT). Payment method availability is subject to change; the Platform will reflect current available options at time of transaction.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit amounts and minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Cashier section of your 1bets account at the time of transaction. These limits are subject to periodic revision. Higher transaction limits may apply to verified accounts at 1bets' discretion.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed as follows: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank are processed within one (1) business day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within two (2) hours, subject to network confirmation times beyond 1bets' control.

5.4 Own Funds Requirement

All deposits made to 1bets must originate from a payment account or method registered in your own name. Deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating source.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 1bets are subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated at the time of the promotion. These individual promotion terms specify the applicable wagering requirements, qualifying games, minimum odds (where applicable), expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus-derived winnings.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are generally subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered on qualifying games before a withdrawal can be processed. Bets placed on games that are excluded from a promotion do not contribute to wagering requirements.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

1bets monitors betting patterns for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or hedged bets to complete wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated play between multiple accounts, and any other patterns indicative of systematic bonus exploitation rather than genuine recreational play. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus funds voided and may be subject to account closure.

6.4 One Bonus at a Time

Players may only participate in one bonus promotion at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Opting into a new promotion while an existing bonus is active will, in most cases, forfeit the active bonus. Always review the applicable promotion terms before claiming a new offer.

07 Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the 1bets Platform is governed by its own specific rules as determined by the game provider. These rules are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game's operation.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a verifiable technical malfunction affecting the operation of a game — including server errors, software bugs, or connectivity failures caused by 1bets' systems — any bets placed during the malfunction period may be voided and stakes returned to the affected Player's account. 1bets will not be liable for technical failures originating from a Player's own device, browser, or internet connection.

7.3 Incomplete Rounds

If a gaming session is interrupted before a round is completed, the round will be completed the next time the Player accesses the game, provided that server-side game state was recorded correctly. If the state cannot be recovered, 1bets will credit the Player's account with the stake amount for the interrupted round after reasonable investigation.

7.4 Currency

All transactions on the 1bets Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions, which are converted at rates displayed at the time of the transaction.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 1bets Platform. Violation of any prohibition below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Accessing the Platform using automated software, bots, or scripts;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinating bets to exploit game mechanics or live dealer outcomes;
• Using any software, hardware, or system that provides an unfair advantage in any game;
• Attempting to launder money or process funds of illegal origin through the Platform;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other point;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals after receiving services or winnings from 1bets;
• Attempting to exploit system errors, software bugs, or pricing errors for financial gain;
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of, or transferring funds to or from, any excluded or suspended player;
• Any conduct that 1bets reasonably determines constitutes fraud, attempted fraud, or manipulation of the Platform.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 1bets Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software interfaces, page layouts, and branding elements — is the property of 1bets or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, recreational use in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 1bets.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1bets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, regardless of whether 1bets has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

1bets' total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 1bets account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 1bets' liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Responsible Gaming

1bets is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. All Players are encouraged to set personal limits on their gaming activity and to take advantage of the responsible gaming tools available in their 1bets account settings, including:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits — Restrict the maximum amount you can lose in a given period;
• Session Time Limits — Receive alerts when you have been actively playing for a set duration;
• Reality Checks — Periodic on-screen reminders of elapsed session time;
• Self-Exclusion — Suspend your account for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Suspension by 1bets

1bets reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Player account at any time, without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that: the account has been used for prohibited conduct; the account holder has provided false information; the account is being used in a manner that violates these Terms; or closure is required by applicable law or PAGCOR regulation.

12.2 Effect of Suspension

Upon suspension, your access to the Platform will be restricted. If suspension results from an investigation, 1bets will retain account funds pending the outcome. If the investigation confirms a violation, bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Legitimate deposited funds not involved in any violation will be returned via the original payment method following the conclusion of the investigation.

12.3 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your 1bets account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

13 Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by 1bets is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at /privacy-policy. By creating an account on 1bets, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

1bets processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the regulations of the National Privacy Commission (NPC). Your data is used for account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — with your consent — marketing communications.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising between you and 1bets shall first be subject to good-faith resolution through the 1bets customer support process. If a dispute is not resolved through this process within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or courts of competent jurisdiction within the Philippines.

For game-related disputes, the decision of 1bets' technical team (supported by server logs and game provider records) shall be final and binding, subject to any overriding determination by PAGCOR upon formal complaint.

15 Amendments to These Terms

1bets reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the amendment's effective date.
